Meet Dr. Ashley Ritter

From a young age, Dr. Ashley knew she wanted to make a difference in healthcare. Dr. Ashley was born in Puerto Rico, and raised in Central Florida. She always had a natural draw toward a healthy, active lifestyle. Whether it was playing organized sports or just staying active, fitness and wellness have always been at the core of who she is.

Her path to chiropractic care became crystal clear after a personal experience that completely changed her life. The impact it had on her was so profound, she knew right away that she wanted to bring that same feeling of healing and hope to anyone open to a more holistic approach to healthcare.

Dr. Ashley began her academic journey at Florida Gulf Coast University, where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Athletic Training. Given her background in sports, she originally thought her career would live entirely within the athletic world. While her love for sports remains strong, her time in practice quickly taught her how deeply fulfilled she is by working with a diverse range of people, most notably, women and children.

Women work so incredibly hard for their families, often juggling demanding lifestyles filled with physical, emotional, and hormonal stresses that heavily impact the nervous system. That is why she created Haven Spine & Wellness: to provide a safe haven. She wanted to create a space where anyone can feel at home, safe to open up, feel deeply supported, and cared for. A place where you can bring your little ones along, take a deep breath, and find the opportunity to heal and tune in to your physical body.

At the heart of her practice is a dedicated focus on the nervous system. By utilizing gentle, targeted chiropractic care, her goal is to help regulate the nervous system, allowing the body to adapt to stress and function at its optimal state.

Dr. Ashley’s hope is to partner with families on their wellness journeys, walking alongside them to help them achieve their health goals so they can thrive together. She looks forward to welcoming you and your family to the practice!
